The coating is an yttrium enriched aluminide, and can be formed by aluminizing an MCrAlY or overlay coated superalloy, wherein during the aluminizing process, aluminum diffuses completely through the MCrAlY coating and into the substrate. The coating system exhibits desirable oxidation resistance and resistance to thermal fatigue cracking.

摘要： In a gas turbine engine, a method and apparatus for containing molten materials and ignited titanium and titanium alloys within the confines of the turbine engine environment. The method includes the step of first applying a bond coating to the inner surface of the outer compressor casing. The bond coating is then plasma oversprayed with a non-reactive, thermally insulative ceramic top coating. The apparatus includes a substrate having a bond coating and a ceramic top coating, surrounding at least a portion of the gas turbine engine, for containing turbine engine fires within the turbine engine environment. Preferably, the bond coating is a Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y alloy, and the top coat is stabilized zirconia.

摘要： The present invention relates to the area of packet processing system on chip device which that estimates the queue fill level for a particular type of data stored in the data storage device, enables sharing of the data storage unit between different units that have different traffic characteristics as per their traffic requirements and ensure that traffic from any one does not adversely impact the other, enhances the performance of the memory by modifying the memory access pattern and maintains a certain rate of reading the packet fragments from the DDR at the transmission end.

摘要： Write logic and read logic are coupled to SDRAM and a frame status table. VCG members are written into SDRAM by the write logic and an entry (based on the MFI and SQ) in the frame status table is maintained by the write logic for each member. The read logic scans the frame status table to identify the earliest frame number for which data is available in SDRAM. Based on the frame status and the address pointer offset, the read logic maintains a state table entry for each VCG member and a state for each VCG. According to the preferred embodiment, the read logic is provided in two parts separated by a temporary buffer. The first pait of the read logic performs the functions described above and writes chunk data into the temporary buffer. The second part of the read logic reads byte data from the temporary buffer according to a selectable leak rate.
