摘要： The solar cooker or steriliser is made of a non-conducting material, with a heat absorber (4) on at least one of its walls. The cooker is closed by a transparent panel. Product for cooking or sterilising is held in a heat conducting vessel (3), which may be capable of being pressurised. The lower (6) and upper (1) sections of the cooker can move relative to each other, adjusting the size of the cooking chamber according to the size of the cooking vessel (3). Pref. upper and lower sections may be shaped so one fits over the other, and can move up or down, alternatively they may be hinged so one moves relative to the other. The absorber, vessel and transparent panel are held firmly together, maybe by a spring below the absorber, or elsewhere. An additonal heat source, such as a gas burner may be positioned below the vessel, perhaps with ducts in the absorber panel to direct hot air from the burner. Light reflectors may be positioned around the cooker, to intensify the light falling on it.

摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Justage eines optischen Systems, insbesondere für die Mikrolithographie, wobei das optische System eine Mehrzahl von jeweils mit einem optisch wirksamen Schichtsystem versehenen optischen Elementen aufweist, wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte aufweist: Ermitteln einer durch das optische System im Betrieb in einer vorgegebenen Ebene bereitgestellten Systemwellenfront; Ermitteln einer Systemwellenfront-Abweichung zwischen dieser ermittelten Systemwellenfront und einer Soll-Systemwellen- front; und Durchführen einer Schichtmanipulation an wenigstens einem der optischen Elemente derart, dass die ermittelte Systemwellenfront-Abweichung reduziert wird. Dabei erfolgt gemäß einem Aspekt die Auswahl einer zur Reduzierung der Systemwellenfront-Abweichung geeigneten Schichtmanipulation unter Verwendung einer zuvor ermittelten Nachschlagtabelle („lookup-table"), in welcher für unterschiedliche Schichtmanipulationen des Schichtsystems des wenigstens einen optischen Elements der jeweilige Wellenfrontbeitrag dieses optischen Elements zur Systemwellenfront aufgeführt ist.
