    • It is provided an improved solar concentrator (1) comprising a support (2) defining a main axis (2a) transversal to a ground, at least one reflecting mirror (3) constrained in a compliant way to the support (2) and defining a rotation axis ( 3a) transversal to the main axis (2a) around which the mirror (3) can rotate with respect to the support (2), and a concave shaped profile (30) configured to focus solar rays (10) towards a focal zone ( 31), a receiver (4) configured to acquire the focused solar rays (10) arranged in correspondence with the focal zone (31 ), control means (5) configured to move, on command, the mirror (3) around the axes ( 2a, 3a) with respect to the support (2) and comprising at least one processor (50) and one or more motors (51), wherein the receiver (4) comprises a plurality of acquisition strings (40) extending side by side parallel to the axis of rotation (3a), operationally connected to the processing generator (50) and configured to convert the solar energy determined by the solar rays (10) into electrical energy, and wherein the processor (50) is configured to detect the quantity of electrical energy acquired by each string (40) with a predetermined sampling frequency, to calculate the sum of the electrical energies and to move the mirror (3) along a spiral trajectory (5a) until a maximum position of the mirror (3) is identified in correspondence with which the sum is maximum.

    • It is provided a modular solar concentrator (1) comprising a first support (2) defining a main axis (2a) transversal to a ground, at least a second support (3) constrained in a compliant way to the first support (2) and including a first tubular element (30) defining an axis of rotation (3a) transversal to the main axis (2a) and two first flanges (31) arranged respectively at the ends of the first tubular element (30), one or more solar mirrors (4) defining a reflecting surface and configured to focus solar rays (10), one or more receivers (5) configured to acquire solar rays (10) focused by the mirror (4), a plurality of sideboards (6) each defining a concave profile (60) and a constraint area (61) with a circular sector configured to allow one or more sideboards (6) to be constrained on each first flange (31) so as to create one or more support frames (11) on which to constrain at least one mirror (4 ), one or more extensions (7) each including a second tubular element (70) including two second flanges (71) arranged respectively at the ends of the second tubular element (70) and configured to be connected to a respective first flange (30) so as to extend the second support (3), wherein one or more sideboards (6) can also be constrained to a respective second flange (71) so as to make it possible to create a plurality of frames (11) on which to constrain the mirrors (4) and widen the total extension of the reflecting surfaces of the mirrors (4).
