    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device having a spring device usable for connecting a motor to a transmission in an automobile, storable in a limited structural space, enabling the avoidance of occurrence of the noise of the clutch device due to the vibration of the motor as much as possible formed in a simple structure, and easily incorporated.
      SOLUTION: This clutch device comprises a first clutch portion 8, a second clutch portion 11 disposed coaxially with the first clutch portion 8, and the spring device. To transmit torque between the clutch portions 8, 11 without slipping, the first clutch portion 8 has at least one first engagement member 9, and the second clutch portion 11 has at least one second engagement member 12. The first engagement member 9 and the second engagement member 12 are circumferentially biased by the spring device. A ring portion disposed coaxially or eccentrically to the clutch portions 8, 11 and two legs 17, 18 radially extending outward are formed on a torsion spring 13.
