    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking gas burner assembly including a distributor, a gas manifold and a cup, and a method of assembling the same.SOLUTION: The cup is assembled between the gas manifold and the distributor. A method of assembling the distributor and the cup includes a step of forming a plurality of inserting sections extending downward on the distributor, and disposing a cup having a plurality of recesses receiving the inserting sections. The recesses include base faces, and are sized or shaped so that a contact face between the cup and the distributor is not substantially increased by thermal expansion of the distributor, when a temperature of the distributor is higher than that when cooled. The burner assembly has a cap and the distributor. The distributor includes inner and outer crowns having a plurality of flame ports, and an ignition passage intersecting the crowns. The cap has a through-hole. The through-hole is positioned above the ignition passage in assembling the cap and the distributor.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate air-tight connection by a method wherein each of inner and outer shells are connected at the surfaces of edge parts, parallel to a plane around an opening for taking articles in-and-out and directed into opposing directions to each other, through welding or bonding. SOLUTION: A space 14 in a cabinet main body 12 is cooled by a cooling unit and articles are taken in-and-out through an opening 16 for taking articles in-and-out after opening a door 18. The cabinet main body 12 is constituted of walls of box type inside and outside shells 20, 22, which are formed of a plastic integrally. Further, respective edge parts 24, 26 of the inside and outside shells 20, 22 are connected through welding or bonding to the inside and outside shells 20, 22 along the surrounding belt type surface 21 in parallel to the plane of the opening 16 for taking articles in-and-out. A space 28 between the inside and outside shells 20, 22 is filled with an insulating material such as expanded plastic or the like. In this case, respective edge parts 24, 26 are provided with an end surface while a recessed part 42 is formed on the outside shell 22 immediate below the edge part 26 to employ the recessed part 42 for fitting a tool and pushing the edge parts 24, 26 against each other upon connecting respective edge parts 24, 26.
