摘要： A combination of filters for filtering selected wavelengths of electromagnetic radiation is provided on a transparent substrate such as a plastic film or glazing of a window. The combination of filters prevents or attenuates the passage of wavelengths through the substrate which would pose a security risk. The combination of filters is useful to prevent unauthorized data collection and information exchange from or within buildings or otherwise prevent such unauthorized data collection and information exchange from, for example, computer monitors or screens, personal digital assistance, and local area networks. The substrate with the combination of filters may be in the form of a bag or a tent.

摘要： The invention describes a system and methods for filtering electromagnetic and visual transmissions and for minimizing acoustic transmissions. Various combinations of UV, IR, and yellow-tinted filters are applied in various physical configurations to a transparent substrate such as a plastic film or glazing of a window for modifying selected wavelengths of electromagnetic radiation. For instance a light filter may have a multi-layered metallic sputtered stack having a relatively low sheet resistance. The combination of filters prevents or attenuates the passage of selected wavelengths through the substrate as needed to address security risks. The combination of filters is useful to prevent unauthorized data collection and information exchange from or within buildings or otherwise prevent such unauthorized data collection and information exchange from, for example, computer monitors or screens, personal digital assistants, and local area networks.

摘要： The present invention provides a transparent, removable, biodegradable material for use on eyewear, computer screens, touch sensitive devices, mobile phones, and the like. Because the material is transparent, it can provide protection for eyewear or devices such as laptops and mobile phones without obscuring vision or display. Because the material is biodegradable, it can be safely discarded no matter the location, thereby reducing cleanup and disposal costs. The biodegradable nature of the material greatly extends its range of uses to include uses such as road motorcycling, search and rescue use, medical uses, mountain biking, vehicle windscreen protection such as for helicopters, skydiving, parasailing, sailing, laptops and mobile phone use, caving, potholing, spelunking, cave diving, a wide variety of military uses, protection in conditions such as sandstorms, and other activities where biodegradable, transparent, removable screens would be advantageous.

The device is sealed within the container (1) by a seal such as a heat seal which will reveal any attempt to remove the device from the container.
