摘要： The present invention relates to a steam cooking vessel having a vessel body and a cover which can be connected to said vessel body in a pressure-tight manner and having a valve device. In this case, it is essential to the invention that a sensor device which communicates with an evaluation unit is provided with at least a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor, wherein the pressure sensor detects an ambient air pressure, while the temperature sensor detects an internal temperature within the steam cooking vessel, wherein the evaluation unit is designed such that it assigns an internal pressure to the detected internal temperature and controls the valve device as a function of the ambient air pressure, or that a sensor device which communicates with an evaluation unit is provided with at least one temperature sensor which detects an internal temperature and a temperature profile within the steam cooking vessel, wherein the evaluation device is designed in such a way that it assigns an ambient air pressure to a boiling temperature which is reached at zero pressure within the steam cooking vessel, and, only after the cover forms a pressure-tight seal with the vessel body, assigns an internal pressure to the internal temperature which then rises, and controls the valve device as a function of the previously determined ambient air pressure.

摘要： The invention relates to a percolator-type device for preparing hot drinks, especially coffee and/or tea, comprising a liquid reservoir which is designed such that the liquid contained therein can be heated by means of an external heat source and/or that liquid heated that way can be supplied to it, a cross-flow section having an inlet for heated liquid from the liquid reservoir, a cross-flow volume designed to accommodate a substance through which the liquid is intended to flow and having an outlet section for the removal of liquid from the cross-flow volume which has flown through the cross-flow volume, a vertical tube section connecting the liquid reservoir to the cross-flow volume via the inlet, and a steam removal section connected to the liquid reservoir, said steam removal section serving to remove steam originating from the heated liquid from the liquid reservoir, and a take-in section which is preferably integrated into the steam removal section via which take-in section an external liquid can be taken in. The external liquid taken in can be combined with the steam removed from the liquid reservoir and can be frothed up.
