摘要： Un metodo y aparato para el tratamiento de textiles y materiales textiles antes de tenir dichos textiles o materiales textiles, incluye las etapas de cargar un sustrato textil en un recipiente y saturar el sustrato textil en el mismo con los productos quimicos de pre-tratamiento. El sustrato textil impregnado y la solucion de proceso en exceso se transfieren a una prensa hidraulica que tiene una camara flexible. La prensa exprime el sustrato textil uniformemente para eliminar el exceso de solucion que se captura y se recicla para su reutilizacion. El sustrato textil impregnado exprimido se almacena en recipientes hermeticos para permitir la formacion sitios de tinte. El sustrato textil se neutraliza a continuacion, se lava y se seca y asi pre-tratado se puede tenir en un proceso ecologicamente sostenible, eficiente en energia, y economico. El metodo y el aparato aseguran la absorcion de humedad uniforme y la distribucion de los productos quimico a traves de todo el sustrato textil.

The press squeezes the textile substrate uniformly to remove the excess solution which is captured and recycled for reuse. The squeezed, impregnated textile substrate is stored in airtight containers to allow dyesite formation. The textile substrate is then neutralized, washed, and dried and as thus pre-treated can be dyed in an ecologically sustainable, energy-efficient, and economical process. The method and apparatus ensure uniform moisture pick-up and distribution of the chemical(s) throughout the textile substrate.
