摘要： A method for forming an aqueous polyurethane dispersion including providing an isocyanate (NCO)-terminated prepolymer with a side-chain reactive functional group by admixing (i) at least one diisocyanate, (ii) at least one difunctional polyol, (iii) a short-chain diol monomer having a side-chain reactive functional group or a modified clay thereof, (iv) at least one hydroxy carboxylic acid compound and (v) a hydrophilic cosolvent; neutralizing the NCO-terminated prepolymer with a tertiary amine; dispersing the NCO-terminated prepolymer in water; and admixing the NCO-terminated prepolymer with at least one chain extending agent comprising a hydrophilic diamine; wherein the short-chain diol monomer (iii) is expressed by structural formula (I): wherein, A is an azetidine-2,4-dione functional group or a malonamide-linked alkyl group and B is a nitrogen-linked di-hydroxy terminal group or tertiary amine-linked di-hydroxy terminal group wherein IDD was synthesized by methylenedi-p-phenyl diisocyanate and isobutyryl chloride using triethylamine as catalyst.

摘要： A method disclosed for making a side-chain dendrimer vesicle. The method includes the steps of: At first, there is provided a random copolymer with a narrow distribution of molecular weights by active polymerization and chemical modification. Then, chemical modification is executed to graft various generations of dendrimers to the random copolymer to provide a side-chain dendritic random copolymer with various generations. Two steps of emulsification are taken to induce macromolecular self-assembling of the side-chain dendritic random copolymer solution to form the macromolecular vesicle. The side-chain dendrimer includes C10˜C18 hydrophobic alkyl chains.

The ordering structure scintillator of scintillator comprises: a tubular template, which consists of a plurality of thin film oxidized metal tubes; a plurality of scintillators, filled in the thin film oxidized metal tubes; and a package layer, formed on the surface of the tubular template for protecting the tubular template. In addition, through the fabrication method, the ordering structure scintillator of scintillator can be made by anodic treatment and die casting technology with low cost and rapid production; moreover, the film oxidized metal tubes of the tubular template can be further manufactured to nano tubes by adjusting electrolyte composition, electrolysis voltage, and processing time of anodic treatment, and the aperture size, the thickness and the vessel density of the nano tube can be controlled and ranged from 10 nm to 500 nm, 0.1 μm to 1000 μm, and 108 to 1012 tube/cm2, respectively.

摘要： The present invention relates to an inverter system for energy-storing microgrid and a controlling method thereof, wherein the inverter system for energy-storing microgrid is integrated with a detecting module, a controlling and processing module, a visual resistor algorithmic processor, and a PWM signal generator. Moreover, the controlling and processing module is installed with a power-voltage reducing function and a reactive power-frequency reducing function for making the controlling and processing module be able to properly distribute the intensity and output ratio of all the output currents of the inverters according to the charge states of battery modules and load currents. Therefore, the current supply of each of the parallel connected inverters in the inverter system can be automatically distributed and modulated for effectively providing necessary electric power to each of connected loads, respectively.

摘要： A method for preparing scandium-doped hafnium oxide film includes preparing a hafnium target having scandium granules distributed on a peripheral surface thereof; and proceeding a sputtering process to form a scandium-doped hafnium oxide film on a substrate, wherein the scandium doping of the scandium-doped hafnium oxide film is in the range of 3-13%. Such scandium-doped hafnium oxide film is able to be used as an oxide layer in semiconductor element which effectively suppresses the current leakage and reduces the dimension of the semiconductor element.

The method includes the steps of providing a base material, adding 0.06 wt % to 0.30 wt % of zirconium and 0.06 wt % to 0.30 wt % of vanadium to the base material, and melting the basic material with the zirconium and vanadium to provide an aluminum alloy. The base material includes 92.55 wt % to 97.38 wt % of aluminum, 0.9 wt % to 1.8 wt % of silicon, less than 0.5 wt % of iron, 0.6 wt % to 1.2 wt % of copper, 0.4 wt % to 1.1 wt % of manganese, 0.6 wt % to 1.4 wt % of magnesium, less than 0.40 wt % of chromium, less than 0.25 wt % of zinc and less than 0.20 wt % of titanium.
