摘要： For the checking of an exhaust gas recycling valve, the control signal for the exhaust gas return valve is returned from a defined value to zero, in the idle state of the internal combustion engine while the vehicle is at a standstill and the reaction of the signal (MAF) from an airflow detector in the inlet tract is evaluated. Should the signal not exceed a given threshold value (MAE SWD), within a first time period (T2), then a faulty dynamic is assigned to the exhaust recycling valve. Should the signal not exceed a second given threshold value (MAF SWS), within a second time period (T3), then it is determined that the exhaust recycling valve can not be completely shut.

A current performance graph value u(k), corresponding to a desired boost pressure, is determined from a speed/load-dependent performance graph. After that, the current performance graph value u(k) is compared with a previous performance graph value u(k-1). If the current performance graph value u(k) is greater than or equal to the previous performance graph value u(k-1), then the current performance graph value u(k) is transmitted as the process parameter x(k). Conversely, if the current performance graph value u(k) is less than the previous performance graph value u(k-1), then the current performance graph value u(k) is filtered by a PT.sub.2 member after an idle time elapses and is transmitted as the process parameter x(k).

摘要： Process for the production of oligonucleotides of formula II, in which the exocyclic amino groups of the bases adenine, guanine, cytosine, 7-deazaadenine and 7-deazaguanine carry N-phenylacetyl groups, are used for oligonucleotide synthesis, wherein in a first step a starting nucleotide is bound to a solid carrier, subsequently the desired oligonucleotide is synthesized by stepwise coupling with appropriately activated further monomeric nucleotide building blocks of the general formula I with the above-mentioned meanings, if desired, trivalent phosphorus is oxidized to pentavalent phosphorus during and after the synthesis, the oligonucleotide is cleaved from the carrier and the 5' protecting groups are cleaved off. The phenylacetyl functional groups that protect exocyclic NH.sub.2 groups of the bases can be cleaved off in a mild way with penicillin amidohydrolase (EC 3.5.1.11).
