The over-driving processor is coupled to the image data transmission interface to receive current image data provided by the image data transmission interface, and also coupled to the frame buffer to receive previous image data saved in the frame buffer. In a dynamic display mode, the over-driving processor generates a display driving signal according to the previous image data and the current image data.

The driving circuit includes an input register and a data collection circuit. When the driving circuit is in the partial mode, it determines whether to sequentially read pixel data for pixels of the pixel data of the window from a data area according to a boundary of the window and a scan count, and temporarily stores the pixel data into the data collection circuit.
