    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravity-assisted rotating mechanism and a power generator corresponding to the same having an effect of absorbing and storing energy of natural gravity by making the center of gravity correspond to a precisely designed mechanism, and continuously moving it for a long time after applying an initial power and generating rotation.
      SOLUTION: The gravity-assisted rotating mechanism 1 and the power generator corresponding to the same include the gravity-assisted rotating mechanism 1, comprise a plurality of rotating components rotated around the same rotation center, the components are symmetrically arranged around the rotation center, the rotating components are linked with several tractive components including mutually the same weights, and they are connected in a movable state with at least one connection component. The tractive component and the connection component absorb energy from gravity, the energy included thereby in each tractive component is transmitted between each rotating component and connection component, and a circulating operation form of storage and transmission of energy is formed. The gravity-assisted rotating mechanism 1 is linked with the power generator, and electric energy is stored, it can be provided for use of a longer time.

Each of the rotating elements (10, 11, 12, 13) is driven by a plurality of actuating elements (30, 31, 32, 33) with a same balance weight, and is pivotally connected by at least one connecting element, so as to form a traction structure symmetrical to each other among the rotating elements (10, 11, 12, 13). The actuating elements (30, 31, 32, 33) and the connecting element can be respectively fitted at interference parts (101, 112) provided on at least parts of the rotating elements (10, 11, 12, 13) to interfere in and absorb the energy from the gravity, therefore, the energy of each actuating element (30, 31, 32, 33) is transferred to respective rotating elements (10, 11, 12, 13) and the connecting element via the interference parts (101, 112), thus the energy is cumulated and transferred. An autorotation device, which can continuously swing and provide a long time view, is formed under the condition of low energy loss. The gravity assisted rotary mechanism (1) is linked with the power generation device (5) to transform the cumulated gravity energy into electrical energy for the use.

    • A method for cleaning a semiconductor wafer which includes the sequential steps of cleaning the wafer in a dilute hydrofluoric acid bath, cleaning the wafer in a first ozone bath, cleaning the wafer in a dilute hydrofluoric acid/hydrogen peroxide/hydrogen chloride bath, followed by cleaning the wafer in a second ozone bath. The method uses the dilute hydrofluoric acid/hydrogen peroxide/hydrochloric acid bath instead of the conventional DHF bath and RCA2 bath. Hence, the amount of chemicals consumed and the number of baths used by the cleaning station are lowered. In addition, ozone is passed into an overflow loath so that the highly reactive ozone can be utilized to clean the wafer without putting additional load on the cleaning station. Therefore, the cleaning operation can be carried out in a smaller cleaning station using somewhat lower temperature and lower concentration chemical solutions. The efficiency is as high as a multi-bath station, but chemicals are not wasted. Furthermore, the throughput is high and stable without causing too many safety and environmental problems.
