摘要： A device and method for preparing an ultrafine spherical metal powder by using a drop-by-drop centrifugal atomization method. The device comprises a housing (20), a crucible (2) provided in the housing (20), and a powder collection area. A turntable (8) provided in the powder collection area is an inlaid structure. A material with poor thermal conductivity is selected as a base portion of the turntable (8). A metal material that has a wetting angle of less than 90° with a droplet is selected and inlaid into a main portion as the atomizing plane of the turntable (8). A ventilation hole (24) is provided in the turntable (8). The method for preparing an ultrafine spherical metal powder by means of the drop-by-drop centrifugal atomization method mainly combines the two methods of a uniform droplet ejection method and a centrifugal atomization method, and surmounts a traditional metal splitting mode such that molten metal exhibits fibrous splitting, so that an ultrafine spherical metal powder that has a narrow particle size distribution range, high sphericity, good fluidity, excellent spreadability, a uniform and controllable size, and no satellite droplets may be efficiently prepared, and is suitable for industrial production.

摘要： A droplet-by-droplet (14) centrifugal atomization manner-based device and method for efficiently preparing low-melting-point spherical metal powders (10). Said device comprises a housing (12), and a crucible (4) and a powder collection area which are provided in the housing (12); a rotary disc (8) is of an embedded structure, a main body thereof being made of a material with poor thermal conductivity, an atomization flat surface (23) is made of a metal material with a wetting angle thereof with the droplet (14) being less than 90°; a vent hole (24) is provided along the axis of the rotary disc (8) to improve the stability of the disc during rotation; and an induction heating coil (13) is provided outside the rotary disc (8). By combining the pulse micropore ejection manner and the centrifugal atomization manner, fitting with the structure of the rotary disc (8) and performing induction heating on the surface of the rotary disc (8), the present invention makes a breakthrough in the conventional molten metal discretization manner of a metal liquid, achieves the fibrous discretization manner which is achieved only when the atomization medium is an aqueous solution or organic solution, makes leaps in progress in ultra-fineness, and produces low-melting-point ultra-fine spherical metal powders that satisfy use requirements, are highly spherical and have good mobility and spreadability, without causing satellite droplet.

摘要： In a broad aspect, the invention is an optical device that comprises an optical waveguide having a blazed Bragg grating such that at least a portion of the light coupled from a guided mode into radiation light beam or beams. The light outcoupled by the blazed fiber grating is focused onto a intermediate image on an intermediate image plane at a first predetermined position peculiarly depending on the wavelength of the light and the effective refractive index of the guided mode from which the light is coupled. The invention may comprise a spatial light modulator placed at the intermediate image plane which serves to control phase and amplitude components of the light beam or beams. More significantly, the invention further comprises a final focusing component which may be a lens used to focus the light beam exiting the spatial light modulator onto a final image on small area such that light intensity is increased and thereby the detection sensitivity is improved. The invention furthermore comprises a light receiver which could be a photodetector or a photodetector array used to detect the final image.
