摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser for stick cosmetics such as lipsticks simple in structure, low in cost and high in reliability while removing defects of preced ing techniques. SOLUTION: This dispenser for cosmetics is provided with a vertically movable cup 38 for housing a lipstick, an inner sleeve 14 moving the elevating/ lowering cup back and forth inside and an outer sleeve 52 outside of the inner sleeve. The elevating/lowering cup is provided with plural elastic fingers 39 along its vertex rim. This elastic finger is engaged with the inside of the inner sleeve and forcedly pressurized inward to engage with the lip stick. The lug of the cup 38 is put through the groove hole 16 of the inner sleeve to be projected to the inside of the spiral grooves of an outer sleeve and at the time of rotating the outer sleeve, the cup 38 is moved back and force together with the lip stick. In order to avoid detaching from the inner sleeve in the middle of this movement, a constraining means 17 is provided.

摘要： A beverage container includes a can body having a side wall, a neck portion of reduced diameter, a closure lid and an anchor structure on the closure lid. The anchor structure is offset with respect to the center of the lid. A pull tab has a mounting hole which fits onto the anchor structure. One end of the pull tab has a grip handle, and the other end has a puncturing nose. The pull tab is turnable on the anchor structure, and thus also turnable with respect to the closure lid. The pull tab is of a length whereby it normally just fits between the opposite locations of a peripheral groove on the closure lid. The pull tab can be manually turned from a first position overlying the closure lid, to a second position wherein it overhangs one part of the peripheral groove. The construction thus provides an extended handle length to permit the user to more easily grasp and raise the pull tab, and open the container, for use. The pull tab remains captive with the open container, for anti-litter and recycling purposes.

摘要： A cosmetic dispenser (10) containing an elevator cup (38) carrying a solid cosmetic product (12), a sleeve (14) in which the cup (38) is axially advanceable and retractable, and an operating shell (52) turnably mounted an the sleeve. The sleeve (14) has either two or else three equispaced longitudinal slots (16,18,20) and the elevator cup has two or else three equispaced lugs (46,48,50) passing through and projecting from the slots of the sleeve. The operating shell (52) has two or else three internal spiral tracks (54,56,58) respectively engaged by the lugs of the cup to propel the latter in response to relative turning between the shell (52) and sleeve (14). The arrangement is such that the cup is advanced and retracted by balanced forces applied at uniformly spaced circumferential locations about the cup. The cup (38) has resilient fingers (39) that are forced inward by the sleeve, forming a collet which firmly holds the lipstick pomade. The sleeve (14) has a lateral spur track which holds the cup captive in the sleeve. Reduced tendency for undesirable tilting of the cosmetic stick product is thus realizeable.
