    • The invention concerns a novel apparatus for enzymatic catalysis, formatted, structured and designed to produce oxygenated free chemical radicals in continuous concentrated liquid or gas flux specifically adapted to various industrial purposes. The invention concerns a device comprising a sealed chamber provided with at least an orifice wherein are immobilised by adsorption, or by being bound on a support, enzymes of plant, microbial or animal origin, belonging to the oxidoreductase group. The inventive device, after various chemical compositions rich in oxygenated molecules and in specific enzymatic substrates have been introduced in the chamber, enables to generate, by contact with the immobilised enzymes, and in specific pH and temperature conditions, a concentrated and continuous flux of oxygenated free chemical radicals and oxidised substrates provided with biocidal activity. Said biocidal products are applied, in liquid or gas form and in sufficient concentration levels, for decontaminating food products (milk and milk products, meat, fruits and vegetables, beverages), for cleaning and disinfecting equipment (containers, tools, machines, fabrics, packages) and industrial premises, for detoxication and sanitizing water and air, and for destructive treatment of organic waste.
