摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost method for treating water used in an industrial process, and a system therefor.SOLUTION: The system comprises: at least one incorporating means; at least one connecting means; at lest one chemical substance applying means; at least one movable type sucking means 5; and at least one filtering means 3. The connecting means can control a required process dependently on the request of the system (for example, water quality or purity). Without filtering the total quantity, only by performing filtering a quantity smaller to 1/200 than the flow rate filtered by the conventional water treatment filtering system, water is cleaned to exhaust suspended solid.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient filtration process for water from a tank.SOLUTION: A filtration process comprises the following steps: (a) emitting ultrasonic waves in a tank; (b) adding a flocculant agent to water; (c) covering the tank bottom with a suctioning device which suctions a water flow with flocculated particles, discharging to a collecting effluent line; (d) filtering the effluent flow of the suctioning device from the collecting effluent line; and (e) returning the filtered flow to the tank. The present invention also comprises a suctioning device used in the efficient filtration process. The filtration is performed over a small volume of water and not on the totality of the water from the tank.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for treating water by improving efficiency of land use and energy efficiency to utilize the treated water for cooling in industrial processes.SOLUTION: Influent 11 is stored in a container 12 or an artificial lagoon 12, treated by a process including chemical application means 18, movable suction means 22 and filtration means 20 to produce water having high transparency and returned to the container or the artificial lagoon. Linkage means 10 monitors and controls the process to adjust water quality parameters within the range of specified limit values. A large container or the artificial lagoon can function as a heat sink, absorbs waste heat from industrial cooling process 9, creates a heat energy storage section by a sustainable system and provides a method applicable to industrial cooling systems using any types of available water, including fresh, brackish and sea water.

摘要： A system for treating water and using the treated water for the cooling of industrial processes is disclosed. The water is treated and stored in a large container or artificial lagoon (12), has high clarity and high microbiological quality. A system of the invention generally includes a containing means, such as a large container or artificial lagoon (12), provided with a feeding line (11) for inlet water, a coordination means (10), a chemical application means (18), a mobile suction means (22), a propelling means for moving the mobile suction means (23), a filtration means (20) for filtering the cooling water containing settled particles, a collecting line (19) between the mobile suction and the filtration means, a return line (21) to return filtered water from the filtration means to the containing means (12), an inlet line (1) from the containing means to the industrial process (9) and a return water line (2) from the industrial process (9) to the containing means (12). The coordination means (10) monitors and controls the processes in order to adjust water quality parameters within specified limits. The large container or artificial lagoon (12) can act as a heat sink, absorbing waste heat from the industrial process (9), thus creating thermal energy reservoirs in a sustainable manner, which can be later used for other purposes. The system can be used in any industrial cooling system with any type of water available, including fresh water, brackish water, and seawater.
