Moulding bottles.-Relates to a tool for moulding the necks of bottles, particularly the bottle shown in Specification No. 22,747, A.D. 1906, [Abridgment Class Stoppering &c.]. The frame of the tube is U-shaped, and its lower end forms a spring A while its upper end has semicircular ends M and projections or nibs N. Arms B, which carry the moulds E for forming the outside of the bottle neck, are hinged to the frame at C and are held against the frame by springs D. A tool shaft L revolves freely on the upper end of a tube F which is secured to the frame. The tool for forming the inside of the bottle neck consists of four parts m, m , n, n , Figs. 4 and 4 , which are hinged to the tool shaft L. The parts n, n are held apart by a spring a. A face - plate I which turns easily on the tool spindle is connected to the tube F by means of links O and a pin R, and carries eye-bolts J in which are set-screws w. In use, the tool is applied to the metal and pressure put upon the frame at X to close the moulds E. The frame is then revolved to form the outside of the neck, the set-screws w regulating the thickness of the glass in the neck. To remove the tool from the neck, extra pressure is put on the frame at X. The arms Bare prevented from moving further, but the nibs N press the parts n, n of the tool inwards and the semicircular pieces M cause the parts m, m to collapse, as shown in Fig. 4 , enabling the tool to be removed from the bottle neck.

摘要： The present invention provides populations of neural cells derived from pluripotent cells, and methods for making and using the same. Disclosed herein are methods for generating dopaminergic neurons in vitro using a combination of agents that cause differentiation of the pluripotent cells into dopaminergic neurons. Also disclosed are methods for treating a neurodegenerative disease in a patient by generating dopaminergic neurons in vitro , and transplanting them into the brain of the patient, such that the dopaminergic neurons are sufficient to reduce or eliminate the symptoms of the neurodegenerative disease.
