摘要： 1466138 Solid lubricants VAN STRAATEN CHEMICAL CO 19 June 1974 [21 June 1973] 27164/74 Heading C5F [Also in Divisions B3 and C3] A liquid coating composition, for forming a lubricant film on a ferrous metal workpiece for cold extrusion, comprises: (a) an inert vehicle which is water or an organic solvent; (b) a filmforming polymer or copolymer of vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride or epichlorohydrin, or a chlorinated polyolefin which is substantially non-corrosive to steel, in amount such that the composition has a chlorine content in bound polymer form of 1À5-30% by weight (wet basis); and (c) 0À25-10% by weight of polymer solids of a destabilizing agent selected from free radical catalysts and from compounds or salts of the transition metals, tin or aluminium. The coating composition preferably has a solids content of 5-50% by weight. The following compositions are disclosed in examples: aqueous emulsions of vinyl chloride-alkyl acrylate copolymer with, as destabilizing agent, (1) zinc nitrate; (2, 3, 4) cumene hydroperoxide/FeSO 4 / EDTA; (5, 10) zinc acetate; (6, 7) zinc chloride; (8) zinc nitrate/EDTA; (9) potassium persulphate; (11) zinc nitrate/tetrasodium EDTA; (12) cobaltous acetate; (13) cobaltous acetate/ tetrasodium EDTA; (14) stannous chloride/ disodium EDTA; (15) aluminium nitrate/ disodium EDTA; (16) zinc nitrate/disodium EDTA; (17, 18) zinc nitrate/tetrasodium EDTA: organic vehicle compositions; (19) chlorinated polyethylene in xylene with nickel acetyl acetonate; (20) epichlorohydrin polymer in methyl ethyl ketone with nickel acetyl acetonate; (21) polyvinyl chloride in cyclohexanone with molybdenum naphthenate.

摘要： A toaster assembly 1 to be recessed in an aperture of a surface, and comprising a toasting unit 2 having an operational face 3 to receive foodstuff for toasting, in use; and a mounting 8, for movably mounting the toasting unit with respect to the surface, such that the toasting unit is moveable, in use, between: a stowed configuration (Fig 1A), in which access through the aperture to the operational face of the toasting unit is prevented; and an operating configuration (Fig 1D), in which the operational face of the toasting unit is presented through the aperture for use. The toaster may comprise a housing 4 provided with at least one internal heating element and a foodstuff cradle which is movable with respect to the housing between a toasting an a loading position; the foodstuff cradle may be stationary with respect to the mounting such that the housing moves with respect to the mounting during transition between toasting and loading positions. In an operating configuration at least part of the toasting unit may protrude through the aperture. In the stowed position a non-operational face of the toasting unit can provide a stowed face to be substantially flush with the surface.
