摘要： A thermalization structure is formed using a cover configured with a set of pillars, the cover being a part of a cryogenic enclosure of a low temperature device (LTD). A chip including the LTD is configured with a set of cavities, a cavity in the set of cavities having a cavity profile. A pillar from the set of pillars and corresponding to the cavity has a pillar profile such that the pillar profile causes the pillar to couple with the cavity of the cavity profile within a gap tolerance to thermally couple the chip to the cover for heat dissipation in a cryogenic operation of the chip.

摘要： A quantum computing device is formed using a first chip and a second chip, the first chip having a first substrate, a first set of pads, and a set of Josephson junctions disposed on the first substrate. The second chip has a second substrate, a second set of pads disposed on the second substrate opposite the first set of pads, and a second layer formed on a subset of the second set of pads. The second layer is configured to bond the first chip and the second chip. The subset of the second set of pads corresponds to a subset of the set of Josephson junctions selected to avoid frequency collision between qubits in a set of qubits. A qubit is formed using a Josephson junction from the subset of Josephson junctions and another Josephson junction not in the subset being rendered unusable for forming qubits.

The system includes a transceiver module transmitting from the mobile station multicast and broadcast service (MBS) zone criteria, including a list of one or more potential target base stations, to a serving base station, if a target base station is not in the same MBS zone as the serving base station. A handover request is made to one or more of the potential target base stations from the serving base station, determined based on the MBS zone criteria, where the MBS zone criteria includes an MCBCS continuity policy of the mobile station. A target base station is then selected, from the list of one or more potential target base stations, that satisfies the MBS zone criteria, and a handover process is performed to the target base station.

摘要： Protected memory locations or contents are associated with respective corresponding keys. Memory operations that alter the protected memory locations or contents are denied unless the corresponding keys are provided. In one implementation, the keys are stored in a key store on an electronic device and accessible only to a memory access manager that controls access to the protected memory and contents. In order to alter a protected memory location or contents, an electronic device component must first obtain the required key or keys from another source, such as a source from which data to be written to a protected memory location is received, and then provide the or each key to the memory access manager. After a memory operation has been permitted or completed, any keys provided to the memory access manager by an electronic device component are rendered inaccessible, such as by deleting the keys from memory.
