SOLUTION: The syringe is provided with a hollow syringe, an inner sleeve and a vacuum blood collection cup. The hollow syringe is provided with a hollow sleeve bias-installed at an upper end and has a guiding groove formed at a side edge. Concerning the inner sleeve, the sleeve itself is placed within the syringe, a projecting seat is formed at the bias part at the upper end, an opening is formed at a lower end, the projecting seat is fitted and positioned within the sleeve and projects outward from the sleeve, a needle head is overlapped on the projecting seat, a guide hole is formed through the center of the projecting seat, a Z-shaped needle can be positioned within the guiding hole, the lower needle tip of the Z-shaped needle is present at the center axis part inside of the inner sleeve, a press board is connected with the outside wall of the inner sleeve, and the press board is positioned at the guiding groove. The vacuum blood collection cup has an elastic plug fitted to an upper opening part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the highest safety by a method wherein a head part of a needle is housed into the body of an injector after the completion of the sampling of blood and the rear end of the needle front part is doubly closed to a thoroughly unusable state by a lid of the needle head part and a bottom lid to be kept from touching the body of a disposing person in a disposing process. SOLUTION: A front part 65 of a needle is pierced into a blood vessel of the body of an animal and an internal vacuum container 2 is pushed forward so that a needle rear part 66 is inserted into a central hole 23 of a rubber plug 22 to sample blood. When the internal vacuum container 2 storing the blood is pulled out backward, the needle rear part 66 is separated from the rubber plug 22 and the needle front part 65 is also drawn off the human body to let a circular tilt hook 251 to be fitted into a tilt hook circular protrusion 31. With the internal vacuum container 2 pulled out backward, a bell-shaped fitting part 3 is separated from a shrinkable port 12 of the body 1 of an injector and the needle body 6 also enters into the body 1 of the injector. When the internal vacuum container 2 is bent, a cutting port 20 is cut off and a needle housing fitting tube 25 is left in the body 1 of the injector still after the removal of the internal vacuum container 2.

SOLUTION: This syringe comprises a syringe main body 1, a needle unit 2 and a propel-pulling rod 3. An exit 11 is installed at a position deviated from the center of the main body 1. The unit 2 includes a needle 21 and a bottom table 22, which is insert-fitted into the exit 11. At the tail tip of the table 22, there is an engaging part 23 and a hole path 231 is formed inside of it. An upward arrow body 311 is installed at a position deviated from the center of the vertex surface of a piston head 31 at the top tip of the rod 3 and corresponding to the part 23. The bottom surface of the part 23 of the table 22 presents a slope. A projection rail 12 and a recessed tank are installed at the inner surface of the main body 1 and at the outer edge of the bottom part of the head 31 of the rod 3.

SOLUTION: A guide groove is formed at a cylinder 10 which is a hollow cylinder, and a positioning inclined groove is formed in the guide groove. An inner sleeve 20 fixed with the needle 38 is provided at the cylinder 10. A pressure panel 40 connected to the inner sleeve 20 via the guide groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder 10.     • The present invention relates to a safety vacuum syringe for blood sampling conformed to ergonomics, mainly comprises: a hollow barrel (10), the barrel has a reduced inlet (12) disposed on the top end thereof and a guiding slit (14) disposed at the flank side thereof. A reduced lining tube (20) is installed in the barrel, an eccentric reduced portion (23) is eccentrically disposed on the top end of the reduced lining tube and has an opening (24) at the lower end thereof, the eccentric reduced portion is wedged and fixed in the reduced lining tube and projects out of the reduced inlet. Besides, a needle head (30) is fixedly covered on the eccentric reduced portion, a through guiding hole (222) is disposed at the center of the eccentric reduced portion to position a type needle (26) therein, a lower needle tip (262) of the needle is positioned at the central axis in the reduced lining tube, a press plate (21) is connected to said reduced lining tube (20) at the outer flank side thereof and is positioned in the guiding slit (14). And a vacuum tube (40) is disposed in the barrel, an elastic plug (42) is covered on an opening at the upper side of the vacuum tube. The needle head (30) of the present is eccentrically disposed to conform completely to ergonomics, enabling the angle of blood sampling to be lowered to make blood sampling more convenient, and the conventional products can still be used in the invention such as the needle head and the vacuum tube to avoid extra molding expense.

    • A safety syringe (1) for intravenous injection includes: a hollow needle (21) normally eccentrically held in a sleeve portion (12) formed on a front portion of a syringe, a suction tube replaceably mounted on the sleeve portion (12) for sucking liquid medicine from an ampoule into the syringe, a plunger (31) straightly slidably held in the syringe for injection use, a coupling member (30) retained in the plunger (31) engageably with a biasing socket (27) recessed in a rear needle portion of the hollow needle (21) with the biasing socket (27), whereby upon pushing of the plunger (31) to the needle by forcibly inserting the coupling member (30) into the biasing socket (27) of the needle (21) when finishing the injection, the biasing socket (27) will be forcibly coupled with the coupling member (30), and upon retraction of the plunger (31) and the needle (21) into the syringe (1), the needle (21) will be automatically inclined to prevent an outward protruding of the retracted needle (21) from the syringe (1) for preventing its pricking to the others; with the hollow needle (21) annularly formed with a ratchet-tooth recess (26) in a shank portion (22) of the hollow needle (21) to be engaged with a ratchet tooth (120) annularly formed in an inside surface of the sleeve portion (12), thereby preventing an outward forward injection of the hollow needle (21) during the injection, and allowing a smooth rearward of the hollow needle (21) from the sleeve portion (12) to be retracted into the syringe (1) after the injection.
