SOLUTION: This syringe comprises a syringe main body 1, a needle unit 2 and a propel-pulling rod 3. An exit 11 is installed at a position deviated from the center of the main body 1. The unit 2 includes a needle 21 and a bottom table 22, which is insert-fitted into the exit 11. At the tail tip of the table 22, there is an engaging part 23 and a hole path 231 is formed inside of it. An upward arrow body 311 is installed at a position deviated from the center of the vertex surface of a piston head 31 at the top tip of the rod 3 and corresponding to the part 23. The bottom surface of the part 23 of the table 22 presents a slope. A projection rail 12 and a recessed tank are installed at the inner surface of the main body 1 and at the outer edge of the bottom part of the head 31 of the rod 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the highest safety by a method wherein a head part of a needle is housed into the body of an injector after the completion of the sampling of blood and the rear end of the needle front part is doubly closed to a thoroughly unusable state by a lid of the needle head part and a bottom lid to be kept from touching the body of a disposing person in a disposing process. SOLUTION: A front part 65 of a needle is pierced into a blood vessel of the body of an animal and an internal vacuum container 2 is pushed forward so that a needle rear part 66 is inserted into a central hole 23 of a rubber plug 22 to sample blood. When the internal vacuum container 2 storing the blood is pulled out backward, the needle rear part 66 is separated from the rubber plug 22 and the needle front part 65 is also drawn off the human body to let a circular tilt hook 251 to be fitted into a tilt hook circular protrusion 31. With the internal vacuum container 2 pulled out backward, a bell-shaped fitting part 3 is separated from a shrinkable port 12 of the body 1 of an injector and the needle body 6 also enters into the body 1 of the injector. When the internal vacuum container 2 is bent, a cutting port 20 is cut off and a needle housing fitting tube 25 is left in the body 1 of the injector still after the removal of the internal vacuum container 2.

SOLUTION: A guide groove is formed at a cylinder 10 which is a hollow cylinder, and a positioning inclined groove is formed in the guide groove. An inner sleeve 20 fixed with the needle 38 is provided at the cylinder 10. A pressure panel 40 connected to the inner sleeve 20 via the guide groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder 10.     • A safety syringe with retractable needle is disclosed. The syringe body contains a hollow needle mounted on a base. An ear on the base extends through a guide slot in the wall of the body. The ear follows the guide slot and allows the needle to extend and protrude from the end of the body or be retracted back into the body after use. A front and rear lock slot hold the needle in an extended or retracted position. Once retracted, the needle tilts to one side, thus easily identifying the syringe as used and preventing the needle from accidentally protruding from the syringe body. A vial removal knob provides easy removal of the sample vial. A rear cover closes the end of the body to prevent the rear needle tip from protruding from the body. Therefore, a high degree of safety for medical personnel and patients is ensured.
