The apparatus includes a syringe mounting section for fixedly mounting a syringe, in which a screw hole is formed at an upper head part of the syringe mounting section, and a piston press unit having a screw bar, which is screw-coupled into the screw hole so that the syringe piston press unit is movable up and down along the screw hole, wherein the piston press unit presses a syringe piston with a constant pressure such that a predetermined amount of contents is precisely injected into a human body from the syringe. The syringe filled with medical cement is attached to the syringe mounting section and the syringe piston is moved downward without moving upward when the user rotates the piston press unit having the screw bar, so medical cement contained in the syringe is extruded from the syringe with a constant pressure, so that a predetermined amount of medical cement is precisely injected into a human body. Thus, the apparatus significantly improves quality and reliability of products, thereby providing consumers with high satisfaction and a good impression.

摘要： Provided are a semi-solid osteoblast composition containing fibrin for bone union and a method for preparing the same. The method comprises isolating osteoblasts from a bone tissue and culturing/proliferating the isolated osteoblasts in DMEM (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium) or α -MEM Minimum Essential Medium, Alpha Modification) to prepare an osteoblast suspension; and mixing the resulting osteoblast suspension with an coagulation factor to prepare an osteoblast therapeutic agent. In accordance with the present invention having the above-mentioned construction, it is possible to achieve bone grafting capable of performing bone union having no clinical graft rejection and uniform distribution of osteoblasts via injection of an osteoblasts and fibrin mixture into affected parts for bone union, and effective and rapid bone union via constant injection of a semi-solid osteoblast composition into affected parts.

摘要： The present invention relates to a cartilage therapeutic composition, capable of being clinically transplanted to articulatio genu (knee joint) or ankle joints, in particular clinically significant, symptomatic cartilage defects of the femoral condyle (medial, lateral, or trochlear) and bone cartilage defects of the talus (anklebone) in human or animal hosts, and a method of using the same. The cartilage therapeutic composition in accordance with the present invention comprises a mixture of components of chondrocytes isolated and expanded or differentiated from a host such as human or animal, and thrombin and a fibrinogen matrix containing fibrinogen. Further, provided is a method of using the cartilage therapeutic composition such that a mixture of thrombin, chondrocyte components and a fibrinogen matrix is injected to a cartilage defect region followed by solidification therein. Therefore, in accordance with the present invention, it is possible to promote rapid and effective regeneration of cartilage without imposing excessive burden associated with a surgical operation, and to realize a safe and simplified process by using an arthroscope for transplantation.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method of transplanting an injectable chondrocyte for autologous chondrocyte transplantation. For this purpose, the present invention provides a method of transplanting an injectable chondrocyte for autologous chondrocyte transplantation, comprising mixing matrices including fibrin, hyaluronic acid and collagen, constituting main ingredients of animal cartilage, via use of a front end mixing tip of a syringe, while injecting the resulting mixture into a damaged cartilage region. The present invention having the above-mentioned construction provides advantageous effects such as solution of inconvenience exhibited by conventional osteoperiosteal grafting, by mixing and transplanting matrices including fibrin, hyaluronic acid and collagen which are main ingredients of cartilage; treatment of a wide variety of cartilage defects and severe osteoarthritis; alleviation of burden of patients to be treated via a simplified surgical operation method; and thereby promotion of rapider and more effective cartilage generation, resulting in improved customer satisfaction.

摘要： Provided is a composition for bone formation using a mixture of an osteoblast and a bio-matrix, and a method for preparing the same. The methods comprises isolating osteoblasts from a bone tissue and culturing/proliferating the isolated osteoblasts in DMEM (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium) or α-MEM (Minimum Essential Medium, Alpha Modification) to prepare an osteoblast suspension; and mixing the resulting osteoblast suspension with a bio-matrix to prepare an osteoblast therapeutic agent. In accordance with the present invention, it is possible to realize a bone formation method, resulting in no clinical graft rejection via injection of an osteoblast and bio-matrix mixture for bone formation into a site where bone formation is sought, and being capable of achieving effective and rapid bone formation via injection of a composition which was shaped to a certain extent, so as to alleviate problems associated with probability of bone tissue formation in unwanted regions resulting from escape of injected osteoblasts from the targeted site for bone formation and then propagation thereof to other sites via the blood stream, which are caused by injection of an osteoblast suspension.

The method comprises: the steps of: washing bone marrow; lysing red blood cells in the bone marrow; neutralizing the bone marrow lysate; purifying nucleated cells from the neutralized bone marrow; and mixing the nucleated cells with a maintenance buffer for bone formation.
