    • The present invention can generate horizontal laser lines by fixing the cylindrical prism vertically to the earth's surface and vertical laser lines by fixing the cylindrical prism horizontally to the earth's surface, only radiating lasers onto the cylindrical prism without any additional rebuilding of the conventional laser generator. The present invention can emit at an angle of 360 degrees by radiating point-type lasers onto the cylindrical prism. Therefore, it can easily and economically generate laser lines at all ranges of angles, vertical and horizontal, without rotating or moving the discharging body. When the laser discharging body and the cylindrical prism are linked as one part, it is possible to mark segment-type lasers on all the parts that can reached by light.
