The cooking apparatus further includes a container handle which extends from a handle side of the four sides, and a cover which attaches to one of the four sides other than the handle side. The cover is constructed and arranged to transition between (i) an open position in which the cover substantially exposes the open top defined by the container to allow food product to enter or exit through the open top of the container and (ii) a closed position in which the cover substantially encloses the open top defined by the container to prevent food product from entering or exiting through the open top of the container.

摘要： A blender system includes a container having a rotatable blade assembly therein, a lid covering an open end of the container, and a base with a motorized unit. When the container is coupled with the base, the motorized unit is adapted to drive rotation of the rotatable blade assembly. The lid includes a hinged actuator lever adapted to actuate the motorized unit. A detent extends from the hinged actuator lever and passes through a series of apertures and presses against a slidable actuator shaft disposed in the container and maintained in its position by a spring force, thereby depressing a switch for the motorized unit. A rotatable blade system includes cutting blade(s) and crushing blade(s). The crushing blade extends longitudinally outwardly from a hub. When the hub rotates in a first direction or second direction opposite the first direction, a face of the crushing blade is leading or trailing, respectively.

摘要： A lid for a container includes a body having a cover portion and an opening through which fluids may pass. Removably coupled to the lid is a rotatable member having a plurality of apertures therein that allow fluid to pass therethrough. The plurality of apertures can have different shapes and sizes that, when overlapping with the opening in the cover portion, form differently shaped and sized passages through which fluid in a container may pass when the lid is coupled to the container. The plurality of apertures provide a user with a variety of different drinking options. One aperture can be adapted to securely receive a straw, while another aperture can be adapted to allow a user to comfortably drink directly therefrom. The rotatable member can be on a side of the cover portion opposite a side that faces the container when the body is coupled thereto.
