    • The present invention discloses methods, systems and computer programs for dynamically managing access to different protected zones with different security levels by means of badges and badge readers, access control being performed both when entering and leaving a protected zone. Each area or zone protected by the method and system according to the present invention is identified by a unique Zone Identifier Z(i). Each zone can be accessed through a Key K(i) hold by a badge and read by a reader. Each zone is associated with a maximum time duration T(i) during which a badge is authorised to stay in the zone.
