    • The invention relates to an arrangement for operating an electronic valve (1) having an insulated gate (2), in particular for operating an Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor. A measuring device (22) measures a time elapsed from an initiation of a first process, or elapsed from a characteristic point in time of the first process, wherein the first process is to be performed for switching on the valve (1). A driver device (17, 18) is adapted to perform at least a part of a second process, wherein the second process is to be performed for switching off the valve (1). A selecting device (24), which is connected to the measuring device (22) and to the driver device (13), is adapted to select an operation of the driver device (17, 18), wherein the selection depends on a measurement signal received from the measuring device (22).
