摘要： The object of the invention is to develop an alternative process for preparing granular components for detergents and cleaning agents containing an active substance which is at least partially fluid at room temperature, and a fine-particle carrier material in order to process substances which are not water-soluble or not easily water-dispersible or active substances having low thermal stability. To that end, the carrier material, which has an average grain size ranging from 3 νm to 0.5 mm, is dropped onto a rotating plate where it is accelerated in the radial direction by blades mounted on the upper surface of the plate. The fluid active substance is applied to the particle flow via a nozzle with an annular gap formed by the outer edge of the rotating plate and the stator surrounding the latter.

摘要： The invention concerns the use, in surfactant-containing washing and cleaning agents, of suitable anti-foaming systems containing hydrophobic silicic acid and/or a bis-amide derived from diamines and carboxylic acids. The aim of the invention is to improve the ability of such systems to be converted into free-running silicon-free foam-control agents and also to improve their effectiveness over a wide temperature range, while ensuring that both the anti-foaming system and the foam-control agent containing it remain stable during storage and retain their action when mixed with the other usual ingredients of washing agents, and do not have any detrimental effects on the materials to be washed or on the environment. This is achieved essentially by using an anti-foaming system containing 0,1 to 30 % by wt. of hydrophobic silicic acid and/or at least one bis-amide derived from a C2-7 diamine and a saturated C12-22 carboxylic acid, 20 to 99.9 % by wt. of at least one alcohol with 12 to 24 C-atoms, up to 79.9 % by wt. of at least one ester of a C12-22 carboxylic acid and a C1-40 alcohol and up to 79.9 % by wt. of a paraffin wax or a paraffin-wax mixture with a solidification point not lower than 25 DEG C.

摘要： In granular, pourable foam control agents, especially for use in washing and cleaning agents, consisting of a granular, tenside-free carrier (1) and a homogenous adsorbed anti-foaming mixture (II) containing no siloxane polymers or tensides but containing 70 to 95 wt % of a paraffin wax and 5 to 30 wt % of a bisamide derived from C2-7 diamines and saturated C12-22 carboxylic acids, the effectiveness over a wide temperature range, i.e. in particular in the cold-wash range and at medium washing temperatures, and the shelf and effective lives when mixed with conventional washing agent components are to be improved. This has been achieved by the development of an agent with no silicic acid, the carrier of which contains no phosphates and is soluble or dispersible in water and in which the paraffin wax is solid at room temperature and is liquid to 100 wt % at a temperature below 90°C.

摘要： Solid detergent preparations are disclosed for use in dish washing machines in the form of pressed pourable grains with a powder density of at least 700g/l; these preparations can be manufactured using little or no water and with a minimum of drying processes. To that end, solid components, including at least some builders, alkali carriers, oxygen bleaches and/or bleach activators, are used, together with other substances at least some of which are liquid or plastically deformable (fluid phase) at temperatures above 30 DEG C. The fluid phase contains at least one additional component which is solid at temperatures below about 30 DEG C and has a melting point of below 60 DEG C. Also disclosed is a process for manufacturing solid detergent preparations, whereby the components in a homogenous mixture are extruded at a temperature above 30 DEG C, cut into the predetermined dimensions and, if necessary, shaped. The additional component of the fluid phase is allowed to set by cooling.

摘要： In order to prevent the ingredients of pasty washing or cleaning agents from dissociating, both during their production and when they are removed from transport or storage containers, and in order to further increase the storage stability of the paste, washing or cleaning pastes with a viscous structure are produced by using a mixture of storage stable, substantially water-free, free-flowing surface-active agents. This mixture contains 40 % to 70 % by weight of a non-ionic surface-active agent that remains fluid at room temperature and has the general formula R -(OC2H4)n-OH, in which R stands for an alkyl or alkenyl residue with 20 to 20 C atoms and mean ethoxylation values n from 1 to 8, 20 % to 50 % by weight of a non-ionic surface-active agent that remains fluid at room temperature and has the general formula R -(OC2H4)r-(OC3H6)p)-OH, in which R stands for an alkyl or alkenyl residue with 10 to 20 C atoms, mean ethoxylation values r from 2 to 8 and mean propoxylation values p from 1 to 6, and 1 % to 10 % by weight of a C10-C22-carboxylic acid and/or its alkali salt. These agents have such a high viscosity when they are not-subjected to shearing forces that they do not flow freely under gravity at room temperature, but when they are subjected to shearing forces they show a clearly reduced viscosity, become free-flowing and may be pumped under gravity.

摘要： Stable, bifunctional, phosphate-, metasilicate- and polymer-free low alkaline detergent tablets for dishwashing machines contain sodium citrate, other builders, low-foaming surfactants, bleaching agents and if required enzymes, bleach activators, perfumes and colorants. These detergent tablets are produced by first wetting sodium citrate dihydrate and/or sodium citrate with a small quantity of water comprised between 3 and 10 % by weight, preferably 4 to 6 % by weight of the total composition, by sprinkling water-free sodium carbonate thereon then by mixing sodium hydrogen carbonate and the bleach activator therewith, adding enzymes, non-ionic surfactants, perfumes/colorants and if required paraffin oil. The active oxygen-splitting compound is finally added with a reduced energy supply and the thus obtained total mixture is pressed into tablets in an usual tablet press at a relative air humidity from about 15 to 60 and under a pressure from about 2 to 11.

摘要： Non-dusting, non-greasing granulated washing and cleaning agents which do not tend to get stuck or glued together, which have a high apparent density and which contain substantial amounts of anionic and non ionic surfactant should be produced. For that purpose, a two-stage granulation is carried out in two successively arranged mixers/granulators. In a first low-speed mixer/granulator 40 to 100 % by weight, in relation to the total amount of the solid and liquid components used, of the solid and liquid components are pregranulated and in a second, high-speed mixer/granulator, the pre-granulate from the first step of the process is if required mixed with the remaining solid and/or liquid components and converted into a granulate. The proportion of grains having more than 2 mm diameter is lower than 25 % by weight. Granulates having a relatively low proportion of coarse grains are thus produced and the apparent density of the granulates can be appropriately adjusted.

摘要： A process is disclosed for producing pasty washing agents. Soap is incorporated into a heated mixture of non ionic and anionic surfactants and this mixture is mixed after it cools down with the remaining components of the washing agent, for example builders and bleaching agents. The thus produced washing agents, which contain little or no water, are stable against sedimentation and even after a long storage time lose no significant amounts of active oxygen.
