摘要： A punching tool comprises a punching dye (16) and a counter mold (18), and work-piece transportation unit (24) arranged in the machine frame (14) of a punching device used for automatically deburring injected parts or castings. The work-piece transportation unit (24) timingly pivots about a pivot (22) secured to the frame and is provided with a work-piece holder at the end of a pivoting arm (26) to receive the casting (12) to be deburred. In order to make possible the deburring of relatively massive castings, it is of robust construction, and simple motions of the work-piece holder enable to accurately supplying the work-pieces to the punching machine and to take away the deburred parts from the punched parts. The work-piece holder for transporting the cast parts (12) up to the punching position is comprised of a tool half (punching die 16) secured to the end of the pivoting arm (26) at a constant distance from the pivot (22) and of which the main plane (surface 28) is parallel to the pivot (22). Initially, the die (16) is turned towards a work-piece supply device (30), secondly it is parallel and opposite to the counter mold (18), and thirdly it is turned towards a scrap collector (38).

摘要： For cooling, cleaning and/or lubrication purposes, a device (10) for wetting mould surfaces (12) is arranged on a pressure-casting machine, equipped with a spray head (10), provided with directionally orientable spray nozzles (42), in which liquid passages (44) and settable throttle valves (46) are arranged. In order to design a device of this type so that it is suitable for the specific treatment of a very wide range of shaped surfaces, without it being necessary to undertake, for each new change in shape or for each new application, costly adjustments, and also to ensure a faster automatic pressure casting operation without any rejects and avoid unduly high protection and storage costs, the spray head (40) consists of a fixed part (48) as well as of an easily exchangeable spray nozzle carrier (54) which lies against the latter as a seal, whereby the fixed part contains the passages (44) and the throttle valves operating in conjunction with the passages, and is connected with the movable holding elements and the spray nozzle carrier as a relatively simple and inexpensive component equipped only with the spray nozzles (42) and, if applicable, displacement elements for moving the throttle valves (46).

摘要： A device for providing individual spray systems of pressure casting machines with a liquid containing water and additives, which serve for cooling, cleaning and/or lubricating applications. The device contains at least one central container (26, 28) in which water with additives is stored, the concentration of which is set at a maximum value. This maximum value is dependent on the cast materials, the moulds (18, 20) and on the pressure-casting process employed on the casting machine (10, 12). In a further central container (44) water is stored. The containers (26, 28, 44) are each connected, on a pressure casting machine (10, 12) to mixing valves (38, 40) to which are connected transmission systems that each are linked with the spray unit (14, 16) of the relevant pressure casting machine (10, 12).
