摘要： The present invention provides a kitchen apparatus, comprising a housing (1), having a bottom part (58); a motor (2) that is arranged inside the housing ' (1); a stabilizer that is arranged under the bottom part of the housing, the stabilizer comprising: a vacuum pad (11) provided with an air hole (79); and a vacuum release valve (12), having a closed position wherein the vacuum release valve seals the air hole, and an open position wherein the vacuum release valve is lifted from the air hole, leaving the air hole open. In an embodiment, the apparatus is a food processor comprising a food container (4) having a cover (5). A second arm part (206) is pivotably connected to the first part, having a closed position to secure the cover on the food container, and an open position to allow the cover to be removed from the food container. The arm comprises a switch (26) to enable or disable the operation of the motor when the second part is in the closed or open position, respectively.
