    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain safety monitoring for protecting a school child from crimes, such as kidnapping, on its way to/from a school.
SOLUTION: In order to protect the child from crimes on its way to/from school, detectors mounted on a satchel determine a putting on/off state of the satchel to automatically transmit a putting on/off signal, which is transmitted through a communication network. The child does not participate in this transmitting operation at all. The communication network has an incorporated information system for location identification, and previously registered guardians and a monitoring center of the school receive information. The recipients recognize from the receiving signal the location, putting on/off time and the putting on/off state of the satchel. The system also transmits an alarm signal together with the information to the recipients when it is determined based on previously set conditions that the child is possible to fall into a dangerous situation. The recipients start proper action according to the alarm.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen supply system for preventing trouble such as stopping of a fuel cell vehicle due to so called lack of fuel (lack of hydrogen) apprehended to occur from lack of hydrogen supply stations in transition to an age of fuel cell vehicles with hydrogen as the fuel from an age of gasoline vehicles.
SOLUTION: As the new hydrogen supply system, two types of supply stations are presumed, which are; a fixed type hydrogen station 3 connected to a hydrogen factory 1 by a pipe 2 and a hydrogen filling station 4 backed up by a moving hydrogen filling vehicle 5. In order to prevent the lack of gas in the fuel cell vehicle 6, one of the two supply stations is searched and guiding is carried out using a car navigation system or a cellular phone in the method.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nitrogen gas filling apparatus capable of efficiently filling nitrogen gas in a tire of an automobile.
SOLUTION: Hydrogen is received by a hydrogen filling station as a mixed gas of hydrogen and nitrogen by using a pipe from a hydrogen manufacturing station. Hydrogen gas is separated from a mixed gas by using a hydrogen-nitrogen separator, and stored in a hydrogen storage facility of a fuel cell electric vehicle, and the remaining nitrogen gas is used for the filling gas in a tire of the fuel cell electric vehicle and general automobiles. The nitrogen gas is filled in the tire at a hydrogen station juxtaposed in a vicinity of an existing gas station.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe supply method of hydrogen to a fuel cell. SOLUTION: This application provides a method for avoiding a risk such as explosion by hydrogen in the case that hydrogen or a gas containing hydrogen is leaked from a pipe or accumulated when hydrogen to a fuel cell is supplied by using the pipe. When a structure is composed such that the circumference of a supply pipe 1 for running gas containing hydrogen therethrough is surrounded by a non-sealed pipe 2 having a discharge tube 3, and a detection sensor 4 for a hydrogen concentration installed in the discharge tube 3 detects hydrogen higher in a certain concentration, an emergency shutoff device 5 installed in the pipe 1 is actuated to shut off the flow of the gas containing hydrogen and the leaked gas is discharged to an atmosphere having no ignition source.
