    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral pile which supports and fixes a pole, a support, a strut bearing a floor joist of a house, etc. , and to provide a pile driving method. SOLUTION: The spiral pile 10 is formed like a hollow wood screw, and has a screw S formed thereon from a lower edge cone 11 upward, and an inclined step portion 13 formed above the screw S to expand the diameter of the pile. The spiral pile 10 is comprised of a joint which is arranged inside a large-diameter portion 14 of the spiral pile, for receiving and transmitting rotation from a driving source, and an annular rib 18 which is arranged on an upper end peripheral surface of the large-diameter portion 14 in one body with the spiral pile. The joint for receiving and transmitting rotation from the driving source may be formed of a spline, or a combination between a hexagonal hole 15 and a hexagonal shaft 17, or a combination between angular projections formed on an inner surface of the large-diameter portion 14 and a box fitted onto the angular projections.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill-like screw pile for supporting and fixing a pier for supporting a pole, a post, or a joist of a house, and its construction method, and a tool for driving the drill-like screw pile.
      SOLUTION: The drill-like screw pile 10 is formed with a screw 16 of hollow wood screw shape, formed with an inclined step part 13 at the upper part of the screw 16 to enlarge the diameter, and provided with a spline sleeve 15 inside the inclined step part 13 of a large diameter portion 14 so that a spline turned by a drive source is fitted to the spline sleeve 15. Such a drill-like screw pile 10 is driven into the ground using the tool 20 comprising a needle 37 projected downward from the lower end; a square rod 32 provided with a perpendicular maintaining member 31 horizontally at the lower end; vertically slidable sliding rollers 35 journaled to a bearing 34 integral with a square short cylinder 33 fitted to the square rod 32; a bracket 36 extended from the bearing 34 and mounted with a level 40; a motor 21 integral with a speed reducer 22 mounted to the bracket 36; and an intermediate shaft 24 connected to an output shaft 23 of the speed reducer 22 through the spline.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral pile with a centering adjusting function to adjust the verticality of a pole to be erected on a hollow wood screw type spiral pile to be screwed into the ground by a simple structure and a simple means.
      SOLUTION: The spiral pile with the centering adjusting function is formed like a hollow wood screw, and has a screw S spirally extending upward from a conical portion 11 at a lower edge thereof. Then the spiral pile has an inclined step portion 13 at a location above the screw S to expand the diameter thereof, and a diameter-expanded portion 14 is opened with a flange F placed at an upper edge thereof in one body. Further the flange F has arched slots 16 formed therein at regularly divided locations along a circle concentric with the flange F, and a receiving seat 15 for receiving a lower edge of the pole P to be erected is arranged on an internal bottom of the diameter-expanded portion 14. Furthermore, a pole support plate 22 is placed on an upper surface of the flange F. The pole support plate 22 has pole P through holes 21 which are formed at the center thereof, and slots 17 which are formed at locations corresponding to the arched slots 16 formed in the flange F, and extend along central lines. Then bolts and nuts 23 are screwed into the arched slots 16 formed in the flange F and the slots 17 formed in the pole support plate 22, respectively, to fasten the flange F and the pole support plate 22 to each other.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefabricated house and a unit therefor, which facilitate transport and cargo handling, and assembly, disassembly and movement by pursuing prefabrication, downsizing and a reduction in the number of components.
      SOLUTION: This unit 10 for the prefabricated house is composed of girder- side wall panels 13 in which reinforcing members 31 are arranged at both ends and which are filled with expanded polyurethane for being split and assembled, gable-side wall panels 12 which are filled with expanded polyurethane, corner covers 15 for covering an end after the assembly of both the wall panels 12 and 13, a floor panel 11 in which a drain gutter is arranged in a backside four- side piece, a roof panel 14 which is filled with expanded polyurethane, and long-bolts-and-nuts 16. The floor panel 11, both the wall panels 12 and 13, the corner cover 15 and the roof panel 14 are assembled, and the long-bolts-and-nuts 16 are passed through the reinforcing members 31 and bring about overall fastening, so that the unit 10 can be obtained. The unit 10 enables ridges to continue freely into one another in a girder direction and a gable direction.
