摘要： An environmentally-friendly, low VOC cleaning composition for industrial and consumer applications comprising (a) a blend of dibasic esters, (b) one or more nonionic surfactants (c) and, optionally, (d) water or a solvent. The dibasic esters are be derived from a blend of adipic, glutaric, and succinic diacids, and, in one particular embodiment, the blend comprises dialkyl adipate, dialkyl methylglutarate and dialkyl ethylsuccinate, wherein the alkyl groups individually comprise a C1-C12 hydrocarbon group. The cleaning composition is in the form of a microemulsion when mixed in water and is dilutable with water by an amount of at least 99 parts water to 1 part said cleaning composition without phase separation.

摘要： Techniques to recursively discover services in a distributed environment may include receiving a request, including a unique client identifier, from a client device to access a home resource at a services site. The services site may identify which services site is mapped to the client domain of the unique client identifier in the request. If the services site that received the request is not the services site identified by the client domain, the services site that received the request may provide a redirect token that includes a link to the identified services site to the client device. Otherwise, the services site that received the request may provide one or more links to resources in a cluster within the services site. The links to resources may include a link to the requested home resource. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

In one embodiment, for example, an apparatus may comprise a logic circuit and a memory unit. The apparatus may further include connection logic operative on the logic circuit to attempt a network connection by: retrieving a first access location value from the memory unit when attempting a network connection from the apparatus; retrieving a stored internal probe link from the memory unit when the access location value is internal; retrieving a stored external probe link from the memory unit when the access location value is external; attempting to connect to a network site referenced by the retrieved probe link; and connecting to a final location via the network site when the connection attempt to the network site is successful. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

摘要： A heavy oil cleaning composition comprising: a) a blend of dibasic esters comprising dialkyl methylglutarate and at least one of a dialkyl adipate or dialkyl ethylsuccinate; b) at least one terpene; and c) at least one surfactant. Also described are methods for delivering a solvent at reduced concentration comprising the steps of: a) obtaining a terpene-based solvent; and b) mixing the terpene-based solvent with a carrier fluid (the carrier fluid comprising a microemulsion of i) a blend of dibasic esters selected from the group consisting of dialkyl methylglutarate, dialkyl adipate, dialkyl ethylsuccinate, dialkyl succinate, dialkyl glutarate and any combination thereof, ii) at least one surfactant selected from the group consisting of a terpene alkoxylate, an alcohol alkoxylate and any combination thereof; and iii) water) in order to obtain a mixture to clean heavy oils.

The industrial or consumer application selected from the group consisting of a graffiti cleaner, a painted-substrate cleaner, an ink cleaner, a metal substrate cleaner, a plastic substrate cleaner, an environmentally friendly cleaner, a stain-spot cleaner, an industrial hand cleaner, a resin cleaner, a tar resin cleaner, a textile cleaner, a paint stripper and any combination thereof.
