The countersink includes a body, a plurality of inserts received in respective insert pockets formed in the body, and a plurality of clamps for fixing respective inserts in the pockets. In order to be able to adjust the location of the inserts, pins are arranged for displacement relative to the body. The pins are slidably disposed in holes formed in the body, and adjustment screws are mounted in the body and arranged to displace a respective pin and the associated clamp and cutting insert in response to movement of the adjustment screw.
