A cutting is formed in the disc (21) so that the magnetic path area at the second section (27, 28) is smaller than the magnetic path area at the first section (26). The flow of magnetic flux formed in the disc, before the cutting is formed, has a relatively large magnetic flux density at the first section (26) and a relatively small magnetic flux density at the second section (27, 28).
