摘要： Glass fiber 3 is immersed into a titania sol and dried to adhere the titania gel on the surface of the glass fiber 3, and heated at a high temperature of 450 C to 650 C. In the high-temperature treated glass fiber 3, the titania gel adhered on the surface changes to titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) and a titanium dioxide layer 4 is formed on the surface of the glass fiber 3 as shown in Fig. 1. The titanium dioxide layer 4 has a layered structure in which it is adhered in the spots-like state on the surface of the glass fiber 3 as shown in the portion A or B in Fig. 1, and an outer light can be suitably transmitted through the glass fiber 3. The glass fiber 3 having the titanium dioxide layer 4 on the surface thereof can transmit outer light not only from the edge of the fiber but also from the outer peripheral surface, and can cause photocatalytic phenomenon at the portion of the titanium dioxide layer 4 by the specifically prepared illumination light such as an ultraviolet light irradiation lamp, etc., or sunlight, an interior light, etc.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a construction cost, to shorten a construction period, and to reduce a quantity of industrial waste by providing a wall panel dispensing with external facing work, and having a long life though wall panels and columns have been hidden by performing the siding work to improve appearance after installing the wall panels on the columns in a prefabricated temporary building.
SOLUTION: A frame construction material of the wall panel is made of aluminum. L shape steel is installed outside the four corners of upper and lower parts of a frame, and is sandwiched in an upper part of one side lip of C shape steel and lightweight H-shaped lip channel steel being the column, and is slidingly dropped in downward. The material of a panel of the wall panel is made of aluminum composite board. A favorite color and a design pattern are printed on a film sheet and an output sheet by using ink jet printing and silk screen printing, and are stuck to the aluminum composite board. A groove is made outside the four sides of the frame of the wall panel, and the panel is fitted in the frame by sliding from an upper part or a side. When changing the color and the design pattern, the film sheet and the output sheet are peeled off for replacement.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner using photocatalyst and an ozone generator using the air cleaner, more particularly a photocatalyst filter suitable for the air cleaner. SOLUTION: This air cleaner 10 has a housing 20, a blast fan 30, the photocatalyst filter 40 and a lamp 50. The housing 20 has an air inflow port 21 and an air outflow port 22. The photocatalyst filter 40 is constituted by applying metallic crystal particles and coating material on one surface side of a woven fabric formed by weaving transparent yarn-like materials and drying the coating, then subjecting the coating to a high-temperature treatment, thereby baking an organic cracking photocatalyst material on one surface side. The blast fan 30 is disposed to face the one surface side where the organic cracking photocatalyst material is baked. The lamp 50 is disposed to face the other one surface side on the rear surface on one surface side, i.e., the other surface side where the organic cracking photocatalyst material is not baked.
