摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a latent image receiving sheet by covering a core material with a resin selected from melamine and formaldehyde, methylolmelamine, etc., and supporting the obtained microcapsules, which are not melted but broken by applying specific point source energy, on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: Microcapsules are prepared by covering the core material substantially insoluble in an aqueous vehicle with walls formed by polymerizing the resin selected from melamine and formaldehyde, methylolmelamine, etc., in situ at least 65 deg.C in a water-soluble vehicle. The formed polymerization walls of the microcapsules have less than 1% elongation and heat resistance hard to become substantially permeable even when left in the oven of 150 deg.C for 1 minute, and further are broken by imparting the point source energy of ΔT of at least 115 deg.C per 1 millisecond. The latent image receiving sheet is formed by supporting the microcapsules on the substrate.

摘要： PURPOSE: To realize a recording material, which is stable at an ambient temperature, by a method wherein a coloring substance and a photosensitive composition are employed as the core material of a microcapsule, on the outside of which an acid developing substance is arranged and the elongation of the polymerized wall of the capsule, the heat resistance of a recording material itself and the point source energy for forming a dyestuff are respectively specified. CONSTITUTION: A recording material is formed by forming the polymerized wall of a microcapsule, through the polymerization at site at the lowest minimum of 65 deg.C of a resin selected from the group consisting of melamine, methylolmelamine or methylated methylolmelamine in a water-based vehicle, wrapping a core material insoluble in the water-based vehicle within the wall and being present an acid developing substance outside the wall. The core material consists of a photosensitive substance, the viscosity of which changes through the irradiation of chemical rays, and a coloring substance. The elongation of the polymerized wall of the microcapsule is set to be 1% or less. The heat resistance of the recording material is set to be 10% or less of the coloring of a ground under the condition being put in an oven held at 150 deg.C for one minute. A dyestuff is set to be formed by giving a point source energy of ΔT of at least 115 deg.C per 1 ms.
