摘要： PURPOSE: To make a visually handicapped person etc., recognize easily and precisely a course changing place and a dangerous place by providing an ID tag which an individual carries with him, an ID tag detecting apparatus and an information outputting apparatus for emitting an informational signal when approach of the ID tag is detected. CONSTITUTION: When a visually handicapped person etc., with an ID tag approaches to specified place and article, the electronic circuit built in the ID tag is actuated by the action of electromagnetic induction action or microwave action from an ID tag detecting apparatus 10 installed in the specified place and article and an ID information indicating the visually handicapped person etc., is emitted to the ID tag detecting apparatus 10 by electromagnetic induction action or microwave. Then, when the ID tag detecting apparatus 10 receives the ID information, an information outputting apparatus 10 comes into operation thereby and this information outputting apparatus 10 emits an informational signal relating to the position and the article based on the specified place and article by a voice. Therefore, the visually handicapped person etc., can easily and more precisely identify the condition of the present position or the position of the article and the article itself.
