摘要： A cold curable composition containing an emulsion which has the core of the emulsion particles composed of from 1 to 30 % by weight of a silylated vinyl monomer (A) and from 70 to 99 % by weight of a vinyl monomer (B) copolymerizable with the monomer (A), and the outermost shell of the emulsion particles composed of from 0.1 to 30 % by weight of a silylated vinyl monomer (A), from 40 to 99.4 % by weight of a vinyl monomer (B) copolymerizable with the monomer (A) and from 0.5 to 30 % by weight of a hydrophilic vinyl monomer (D), and which is obtained by subjecting these monomer components to multi-stage emulsion polymerization. The composition is excellent in the stability of the silyl group, highly improved in the film-forming properties after storage for a long time, and also excellent in mechanical stability, water resistance, durability and white enamel gloss.

摘要： A water-based coating resin composition comprising 100 pts. by wt. of an emulsion of a copolymer comprising a vinylic monomer having a silyl group and other vinylic monomer, 1 to 70 pts. by wt. of a silicon compound and/or a condensate of partial hydrolyzate thereof and/or a silicon compound having at least one group selected from among amino and groups derived from amino and at least one hydrolyzable silyl group, and 0 to 20 pts. by wt. of a curing catalyst. When this composition is applied to a substrate, a coating film excellent not only in weathering resistance and durability but also in stain resistance is formed on the surface of the substrate.
