摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchoring device with is easily adapted thereto in grounded or sunk in a various types of underground geography, has simple structure, is simply manufactured, and has little risk of being entangled under the use. SOLUTION: A first plate 21 and a second plate 22 connected with each other along a common line are formed into an angle plate member 25 having a prescribed angle and a shank 30 is rotatably connected in the intermediate part of the angle plate member. At least one of sticking members 42, 43, 47, 48 are coupled with the respective outer surfaces of the first plate 21 and the second plate 22 of the angle plate member 25 so as to be projected outward.

A display screen is positioned in the housing operably connected to the microprocessor to visually display game associated information for the official. A keypad input device having a plurality of keys operably connected with the microprocessor for official to enter or retrieve game associated information. A sound output device is operably connected to the microprocessor to receive a signal therefrom and to generate sound responsive thereto and a transceiver disposed in the housing and capable of wirelessly transmitting and receiving game associated information.
