SOLUTION: Simultaneously when UV-curable ink 3 composed of a UV-curable transparent adhesive is ejected from a nozzle 2 of an inkjet printer to a surface of a base material 1, the UV-curable transparent ink 3 is cured to the tone of frosted glass by irradiating ultraviolet rays. A coating of the sandblast tone is thus formed to the surface of the base material 1 in the fabrication method for the sandblast-toned industrial art object. When the UV-curable transparent adhesive is adopted as ink of the UV-curing type inkjet printer, the ink applied to the base material surface is instantaneously cured, giving the minute irregular coating to the base material surface. The sandblast-toned industrial art object which has the surface of the sandblast-toned coating can be obtained by this minute irregular coating.
