    • PURPOSE: A boiler is provided to prevent the waste of fuel, and improve fuel efficiency by completely burning the fuel as firstly burned fuel supplies hot air to a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION: A boiler comprises a body(100), a solid fuel supply unit, a cyclone(300), and a heating tank(400). The solid fuel supply unit comprises a hopper, a fuel supply pipe, and a screw conveyor. Solid fuel like pellets is input into the hopper. One side of the fuel supply pipe is connected to an ejecting hole, and the other side is connected to the outside of a combustion chamber(110). The screw conveyor is installed in the fuel supply pipe. The screw conveyor is installed in the fuel supply pipe, and supplies the solid fuel to the combustion chamber by transferring the solid fuel in one direction. The cyclone is installed at one side of the body, and linked to the combustion chamber by a connection pipe(150). The cyclone discharges combustion gas after collecting dust and harmful matters in the combustion gas. Water in the heating tank is heated by a heat exchange between the body and the cyclone. The heating tank comprises a hot water supply port(410), which recovers and supplies hot water, and a hot water recovering port(420).

The gear box is connected to the third gear of the power transfer unit, and outputs the rotary power by increasing the rotary speed of the vertical shaft. The power generator outputs electric energy by receiving the rotary power.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing regenerative fuel based on waste vinyl is provided to automatically discharge regenerative fuel by pulverizing, melting, and fusing the waste vinyl. CONSTITUTION: An inlet is formed at the upper side of a hopper(100). Waste vinyl is introduced through the inlet. A discharging hole is formed at the front lower side of an upper housing(130), and the upper housing is in connection with the lower side of the hopper using a connecting pipe. A pulverizing unit(110) is installed in the connecting pipe and pulverizes the waste vinyl before the waste vinyl is guided into the upper housing. A twin screw(132) compulsively transfers the waste vinyl and compulsively discharges the waste vinyl through the discharging hole of the upper housing by being installed in the upper housing. A lower housing(140) is installed at the lower side of the upper housing. A single screw(142) compulsively transfers the waste vinyl. A compressive housing(150) compresses the waste vinyl. An external heater(170) is installed at the outer circumference of the lower housing and melts the waste vinyl to be compressed. An internal heater(172) is installed at the inner side of the single screw and melts the waste vinyl. A shaping unit(180) cuts the waste vinyl discharged through the discharging hole of the compressive housing.
