CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fluorine-modified polyurethane layer waterproof material comprises the following steps: mixing 57.1~75wt% of cyclohexyl diisocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer, 7.4~14.4wt% of 2-(perfluorooctyl)ethanol, 7.4~14.4wt% of -(perfluorodecyl)ethanol, and 10.0~14.3wt% of 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane for producing fluorine-modified polyurethane; and mixing 70.9~88.7wt% of fluorine-modified polyurethane, 0.3~1.1wt% of polyoxyethylene ethyl ether monooleate hydrocarbon, 0.3~1.1wt% of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether succinic, 8,8~23.7wt% of talc, and 1.7~3.6wt% of pigment.

The mixing ratio of the A liquid and the B liquid is 1:1.

The mineral oil is aromatic mineral oil with the flash point of 44 deg. Celsius, the specific gravity of 0.79, the dynamic viscosity of 1.0 and the initial boiling point of 160 deg. Celsius.

The composition for protecting the PVC sheet of the present invention comprises 80-90 parts by weight of xylene, 60-70 parts by weight of low density polyethylene, 60-70 parts by weight of polycarbonate, 50-60 parts by weight of polypropylene, 50-60 parts by weight of polyethylene terephthalate, 30-40 parts by weight of dimer acid, 30-40 parts by weight of polyethyleneoxy lauryl amine ether, 10-20 parts by weight of hydrogen polysiloxane, and 5-10 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene monolaurylate in 100 parts by weight of high density polyethylene.
