    • A method of manufacturing an adhesive resin based on kakitannin (sibuol) comprises: a persimmon juice preparation step of performing vacuum concentration on an unripe persimmon at low temperatures by crushing and extracting the unripe persimmon; a fermentation step of producing natural aldehyde ingredients by selecting at least one among amylase, protease and tannin breakdown enzyme, adding the selected one in the concentrated persimmon juice and fermenting the ingredients; and a agitation step of forming adhesive properties by filtering the fermented concentrate, decoloring the fermented concentrate, mixing protein resins in the fermented concentrate, stirring the ingredients and polymerizing persimmon tannin and protein, and is characterized by forming high adhesive properties since natural aldehyde ingredients generated in the persimmon juice during a fermentation process are used as the polymerization reactants of persimmon tannin and protein resins. The method of manufacturing the adhesive resin based on kakitannin does not use chemical formaldehyde ingredients which is harmful to a human body.

    • PURPOSE: A dyeing apparatus of a natural polygonum indigo which uses a padding dyeing machine is provided to enable even dyeing treating an oxidation coloring process once again by reacting with oxygen in the water during a washing process in a washing unit and to prevent environmental pollution along with cost reduction by reducing a consumed amount of the water for dyeing. CONSTITUTION: A dyeing apparatus of a natural polygonum indigo dyeing apparatus, which uses a padding dyeing machine, forms a dyeing unit (20) at the back of a supplying unit (10). A dyeing unit makes even dying of a fabric, which goes through a dyeing chamber, achieved through oxidation coloring by repeating immersion into a polygonum indigo and exposure by composing an immersion roller. A washing unit formed at the back of an oxidation coloring unit (40) is capable of improving dyeing efficiency by making the fabric, which is oxidized and colored, pass through the washing water in a zigzag path by installing a washing roller (52) with a zigzag path in a washing chamber (51) in which the washing water (E) is filled. The washed fabric is dehydrated with vacuum going through a vacuum dehydration pipe (61) and the dehydrated fabric is wounded on a winding roller (63) which is positioned in an upper part of a drive roller (62).

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nano-scaled natural ink for digital textile printing(DTP) using natural dye and a digital textile printing method are provided to be substituted by an ink for DTP(digital textile printing) and mix various colors. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a natural ink for DTP(digital textile printing) comprises the following steps: separating parts excluding pigment and selecting pigments by layer separating polymer coagulant or solvent by centrifuging after decomposing the natural dyestuff extract into enzyme; hydrolyzing 0.001-3.5 weight% of natural dyestuff using enzyme fermentation; and adsorption filtering, membrane filtering, and cellulose acetate type membrane filtering in order to obtain the natural ink. The natural ink uses more than one selected from enzymes including aminopeptidase, beta-galactosidase, β -glucanase & complex, amylase group, and a protease group.
