    • 본발명에의한지중열교환기용지열파이프는, 지중에매설되는원기둥형말뚝(pile)에결합되어지중열교환기로이용되는것으로, 원기둥형말뚝의외주면에밀착될수 있도록원기둥형말뚝의곡률에대응하는곡률을갖도록굽은열교환부를포함한다. 열교환부는, 제 1 방향으로개방된복수의제 1 호형부와제 1 방향과마주하는제 2 방향으로개방된복수의제 2 호형부가원기둥형말뚝의길이방향을따라지그재그로배치되고, 복수의제 1 호형부와상기복수의제 2 호형부가복수의연결부로연결된다. 본발명에의한지열파이프는열매체공급관을통해공급되는열매체를사행시킴으로써열매체의열교환면적을증가시킬수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing geothermy pipe is provided to rapidly manufacture a bent meandering type geothermy pipe in order to have a curvature of the outer circumference of a cylindrical pile because the plastic-deformation of a synthetic resin pipe is performed. CONSTITUTION: A device(10) for manufacturing geothermy pipe is composed of a mold(11) and heating unit(23). A plurality of first arc shaped units being opened in a first direction and a plurality of second arc shaped units being opened in a second direction facing to the first direction are arranged in the mold as a zigzag form. The plurality of first arc shaped units and plurality of second arc shaped units are connected to a plurality of connection units. The heating device heats a synthetic resin pipe accommodated in the mold, thereby performing the plastic-deformation of the synthetic resin pipe as a shape corresponding to an accommodation groove shape.

    • PURPOSE: A dredging apparatus having flexible pipes is provided to prevent the blockage of suction and discharge pipes even in case of movement of the pipes because the suction or/and discharge pipes are formed of synthetic resin pipes. CONSTITUTION: A dredging apparatus comprises a dredger(10), a suction pipe(20), and a discharge pipe(30). The dredger collects soil from underwater bottom using a mechanical device including a pump for suction and discharge of soil. The suction or/and discharge pipe are made of a synthetic resin pipe which is mainly composed of polyethylene.
