摘要： 본 발명은, 큰 전류에 포화가 없는 김 라인 전류센서(등록특허 제10-1981640호)를 이용하여 과전류의 증가에 따라 과전류 차단시간이 연속적으로 감소하다가 임계 과전류에서 불연속적으로 감소하는 완전 전자식 과전류 차단기의 개발에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 완전 전자식 과전류 차단기(300)는 센서부(310), 센서 신호 증폭기부(320), 임계 과전류에 대응되는 기준전압이 증폭된 아날로그 신호 전압과 비교하는 비교부(330), 아날로그신호를 디지털 데이터로 전환하는 아날로그-디지털 컨버터부(340), 데이터를 비교 분석 및 제어신호를 내는 CPU부(350), 과전류를 차단하는 스위치부(380)와 이 전기전자 시스템에 전력을 공급하는 전원부(395), IEC 국제규격을 만족하는 차단시간과 프로그램이 내부 메모리에 저장되는 메모리부(360)로 구성되며, 종래의 상용화 된 전자식 과전류 차단기의 과제들인 (1) 단한시와 순시 사이의 과전류 갭과 (2) 단한시의 상한 경계에서 장한시 차단과 (3) 정한시 설정 스위치의 복잡성을 해결하는 것이 특징이다.

A strut joint device comprises a vertical strut(100) including a fixing flange(110), a joint member(200) connected to the fixing flange, and a horizontal strut(300) in which the joint members are integrally installed on both ends. The joint member includes a support part(210) with an open-front cavity(211), and a side connector(220) and a bottom connector(230) inserted to the top and bottom of the cavity of the support part. When the side connector is pulled back by a wedge member(240), a protrusion(222) formed on the leading end of the side connector engages with an upper joint piece(111) of the fixing flange. And, when the bottom connector is rotated by the side connector, a contact surface(232) formed on the leading end of the bottom connector contacts with the lower surface of the fixing flange.
