    • PURPOSE: A microbial agent, a biological treatment method of marine dredged soil or coastal sludge by using mixed microbes and an autodigestion process of the marine dredged soil or coastal sludge are inexpensive and excellent in process efficiency, and remarkably reduce the generating ratio of residual sludge. CONSTITUTION: A biological treatment method of marine dredged soil or coastal sludge comprises the steps of: producing a microorganism liquid containing water, mixed microorganism (BM-S-1) with accession number KCTC11789BP, peat moss powder, wasted bed log, chaff powder, molasses and bay salt while maintaining the temperature of 15-28°C; producing a mixed material of complex microorganism liquor, rice bran, peat moss powder, wasted bed log, chaff powder, molasses and bay salt; inoculating the mixture of the previous step into the mixed material at 85-95°C; cultivating; drying the inoculated mixed material to produce a powder microorganism agent; cultivating the powder microorganism agent in a liquor state to produce microorganism stock solution; multiplying and activating the population of the microorganism included in the produced microorganism stock solution to finish the production of fluid microbe formulation; and feeding the fluid microbe formulation into marine dredged soil or coastal sludge.     • PURPOSE: A sewage sludge treating system is provided to efficiently reduce the amount of sludge in an existing sewage treating plant using microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A sewage sludge treating system consists of a concentrating bath (20), a microorganism culturing bath (30), a hydrolyzing bath (40), a first settling bath (50), an oxidation removal bath (60), and a second settling bath (70). First and second sludge is supplied into the concentrating bath from a sewage treating plant. The sludge is injected from the concentrating bath into the hydrolyzing bath. Active microorganisms are supplied into the hydrolyzing bath. The sludge is oxidized and decomposed by the active microorganisms and is supplied into the first settling bath. The oxidation removal bath receives a supernatant which floats on the upper side of the sludge in the first settling bath and receives active microorganisms from the microorganism culturing bath. The second settling bath receives the residual sludge and supernatant from the oxidation removal bath and maintains the sludge and the supernatant for a predetermined time. A supernatant floats on the upper side of sludge which settles on the bottom of the second settling bath and is supplied to the sewage treating plant. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of microbe formulation comprises the following steps: a step of manufacturing combined microorganism liquid formulation while maintaining 20-25deg.C after mixing 0.001-0.02 parts by weight of mixed microorganism (BM-S-1) of deposit number KCTC 11789BP, 2-5 parts by weight of fermented bran, 5-10 parts by weight of shiitake mushroom mycelium powder, 3-5 parts by weight of peat moss powder, 1-3 parts by weight of molasses, 2-5 parts by weight of trehalose, and 0.5-2 parts by weight of active bamboo charcoal powder with water until the entire parts by weight becomes 100 parts by weight; a step of manufacturing mixed raw materials by mixing 70-80 weight% of at least one culture raw material selected from the group consisting of fermented bran powder, fermented husk power, shiitake mushroom mycelium powder, peat moss power and active bamboo charcoal powder, and 20-30 weight% of manufactured combined microorganism liquid formulation; a step of inoculating 0.01-0.1 parts by weight of mixed microorganism(BM-S-1) to 100 parts by weight of mixed raw materials at a high temperature of 85-95deg.C; a step of culturing mixed raw materials inoculated at a high temperature; and a step of drying the cultivated mixed raw materials. A step of molding the cultivated mixed raw materials to a predetermined shape by adding 20-30 parts by weight of combined microorganism liquid formulation to 100 parts by weight of the cultivated mixed raw materials between the cultivation step and the drying step.
