    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an oilless sintered sliding bearing is provided to improve the operating efficiency of a machine including the bearing because the excellent wear-resistance, load-resistance, and lubricating property of the bearing. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an oilless sintered sliding bearing is as follows. Iron-copper based alloy powder including iron as base is prepared. A plate-type support base(100) is prepared, and foreign materials are removed from the surface of the support base. The iron-copper based alloy powder is placed on the cleaned surface of the support base. The iron-copper based alloy powder and the base are welded into a single board and sintered in a reducing atmosphere or vacuum atmosphere. The board-shaped assembly is plasticized through one or more among a pressing process, a rolling process, and a drawing process. The plasticized board-shape assembly is heat-treated. Oil is impregnated in the heat-treated board-shaped assembly, and the board-shape assembly is cut.

CONSTITUTION: A sliding type oilless bearing comprises a supporting base plate(100) which is made of carbon steel and supports a load, and a slide layer(200) which is made of an iron-copper alloy with air pores(201) in which oil is impregnated. The slide layer contains copper or copper alloy of 18~30 weight% and graphite of 0.3~1.0 weight%, and iron which is transformed into a martensite structure through heat treatment.
