    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of soap using byproducts of beer provided to manufacture the soap with excellent moisturizing and cleaning effects. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a soap using byproducts of beer comprises: a step of generating juice of beer by boiling germinated barley and water (S10); a step of adding Humulus lupulus L into the juice, boiling the mixture, filtering the result, and separating a solid material and liquid (S20); a step of generating a precipitated fermented material by adding Saccharomyces cerevisiae into the separated liquid juice (S30); and a step of mixing the precipitated fermented material with a soap resin, to generate the soap (S40).
