    • PURPOSE: A windbreak for a garden and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce damages by an anti-snow agent with improved structural strength and wind protecting effect. CONSTITUTION: A rice straw board(10) is extended by weaving rice straws which are extended vertically with a first tightening string in a horizontal direction. A rice straw protection curtain(20) is attached to the outside surface of the rice straw board to be extended in parallel with the rice straw board, by using a second tightening string(24). A rice straw board supporting stand(30) is attached to both sides of the rice straw board to be extended in a vertical direction. The first tightening string includes a first warp string(141) and a second warp string(142) which intersect with each other in a cross sectional direction of the rice straw board. The cross section of the weaving side of the rice straw board shows the alternate formation of the part weaved by the first warp string(141) and the part weaved by the second warp string(142) in a horizontal direction.

    • A system for determining vulnerable area for voltage sag assessment, method thereof, and medium having computer readable program for executing the same are provided to rapidly calculate vulnerable area about various threshold voltage values. A system information reading part(110) reads information of a power system(200). A vulnerable area decision part(120) determines vulnerable information about a predetermined wire with the information of the power system. A result output part(130) outputs a vulnerable area decision result. The vulnerable area decision part calculates a voltage of a target bus bar corresponding to both ends of an accident wire with a first voltage drop type, calculates a voltage of a target bus bar corresponding to a point of an accident wire with a second voltage drop type, and determines a point of an accident wire corresponding to a voltage of a target bus bar which is under a predetermined threshold voltage as a vulnerable area.
