    • The present invention relates to a window locking apparatus with a drying rack which is easy in installation because a drying rack pipe is fixed not to a window frame but to a window sill and can fundamentally prevent difficulty in opening and closing window and generation of noise due to distortion of the drying rack pipe. The window locking apparatus with the drying rack includes: a drying rack pipe which is applied to a sliding window with at least two stages to hold and dry laundry; pipe supporting members mounted at vertical bars of a window sill of the sliding window to support both ends of the drying rack pipe; a hook member which is extended in the longitudinal direction while being fixed on the vertical bar of the window sill of an outdoor sliding window or a fixed window and has a plurality of hook grooves or holes spaced apart from one another at regular intervals; a bundle of latches which is mounted on the vertical bar of the window sill of an indoor sliding window and caught to one hook groove or hole to lock in a state where the sliding window is opened as wide as a user wants; and latch controlling means which is connected with the bundle of latches or separated from the bundle of latches through a through hole formed in the drying rack pipe to control the bundle of latches which is caught to the hook hole or released from the hook hole.
